As a lover of all things spice, this concoction was right up my alley.
My husband, Kabir and I love the red hot spice that the Spicy Lemon Pickle (with Andhra spices) brings to the table. we scraped out the left over masala from the jar of pickle we'd nearly finished, and smeared it over 250 g Sole fillets.
After marinating it for 30 mins, we shallow fried it, you could also air fry it, and serve hot. Squeeze some lemon over it and serve with fresh corriander and mint chutney with a side of pickled onions.
