Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 05 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Food is very subject to taste, and therefore, it will not be a criteria for a refund. 'Didn't like the taste', or any variations of that will not be accommodated.  

Since our food items are made without preservatives, it is upon the customers to handle them with care. Chutneys, Jams and Butter should be refrigerated upon opening. Do not use a wet spoon to scoop out the products. Also shut the lid tight after every use. Water / Air and Moisture will cause fungus to grow on the surface of these products. Manhandling of products will not be liable for refund.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
