One of our three sweet butters, this one rolls smoothly on the tongue. First the fresh hit of citrus, then the gentle drawl of honey all wrapped up in the creaminess of this handmade butter.

Slightly reminiscent of a great Orange Marmalade without the bitter slivers, with Butter.
Great on toast, bread rolls, plain cakes, wrapped up in a Roti, and slathered on pancakes!
