Pina Colada Jam (Amortentia)

This is our take on a mixed fruit jam - a brilliant jam (read - mix) of Pineapple, Banana, and a smattering of Coconut. With jam like this, who needs butter, is what we really say.

Enjoy fresh little tidbits of pineapple and banana smeared on toast, mixed in curd to make the most delicious flavored yogurt. Pop some in the ice tray and have frozen cubes of deliciousness swirling around in a drink. Also great to make plain cakes into gourmet ones. :)

Please Note: We don't use any preservatives with our fresh fruit jams, and therefore suggest refrigerating the jam once open. Always use a dry spoon to scoop out the jam, and make sure to seal the jar properly after use :)
